it goes something like this (this isnt exact, but it's close) IS has two spiders, the first checks to see if the page is there when you submit it, and it checks the important stuff to index your page....a day or two later the scecon spider goes in and looks at the entire page........in your case the first spider indexed it, but the second spider caught it as spam and well, bye bye spam......sounds like you over optimized the page.
