Moved down by Lycos

My site seems to have ended up in Lycos purgatory. It used to be in the top ten but now it's nowhere. I may have submitted a few too many entry pages (I'm not exactly sure what I did). I probably got greedy and ended up on the s**t list. Is there any way to remove pages from Lycos so that I only have a few entry pages. I've resubmitted several of what I think are the offending pages and gotten the "unable to spider this page message" but I'm not sure if this removes them or what. Have I screwed up, or should I just keep submitting stuff until I come back up in the list again.

Any insight would be helpful.
