Remember that this is on Dreamweavers site, but it is a graphic example of the problems that these editors produce (especially META tags). If there was any doubt, check it out.

The incoming HTML on that example did NOT have the DTD and any META tags: be sure you check what DreamWeaver does to them before you commit yourself to it. It's really annoying when an editor decides the DTD is part of the text and moves it under the BODY tag, or shuffles the order of the tags in the HEAD area on its own.
