Usually when their wallets are stolen ... if the on-line store is using a secure server, that's good enough for
me. Or I use encryption - even ROT13 can baffle the typical crook.

A "SECURE CERTIFICATE" is not the same as a secure server, and is more suited to a large corporation who wants to make
sure that the person connecting to their information is REALLY using the server they claim to be using.
