Send a note to the ISP, by email or FAX, letting them know that the site has merely copied your pages, including the alt text.
Ask them to stop the theft of pages. They don't have a Terms of Service page that I could find, but most ISPs will take care of
thee things. If they refuse to, there are ways to make your pages better so you can dump the copycats in the dust.
