A very low cost solution is the program that I actually
consider to be the BEST for the job, Ulead SmartSaver,
it is only $39.95 (US) and runs as a stand alone program
or a plugin for Adobe Photoshop, it handles GIF and JPEG
files... The address of their site is www.ulead.com, if you
need convincing, download the free trial version.
