Submit to HOTBOT ... they use Inktomi's database. Then Inktomi will move
that submission over to the database that feeds Yahoo (because of the size
of Yahoo's traffic, they get their own database for the time being).

Inktomi has no direct submission service I could find, but they power HotBot, YAHOO,
SNAP, and GoTo so don't bother submitting to all of them.
