You don't ask for their phone # on your order form. You need to ask for number and make it a required field. By having Phone # you can call if you suspect something or you go here and look it up at http://www.databaseamerica.com/html/gpfind.htm ... if people have a stolen credit card ...most likely they won't have the address ...it's not a sure way, but a good tool to use. Also you could send email telling them they have to reply in order for the order to be processed. Make sure to the them on your order page that this is part of the order process, this may scare them off. Do you know for sure that they gave you a bogus credit card #?
