I have never heard of a program like this.

I still think you should buy Webtrends. It will tell you which
keywords people used to arrive at your site.
It will show you the importance of the keywords that you have on
your site at this moment (perhaps you should dump the keywords which
are not important) and it will show you which words people used and
which are not on your site at the moment (so it will give you new
ideas for keywords).
When you put these new keywords on your site and use Webtrends again
(after weeks/months), you could again try to optimize your keywords.
This has worked fine for me!
