"noindex" Meta Tag From Pete on 19 October '98 I have a page with a good position on Infoseek. I'd like to make a change to the page without effecting my position. If I make a change, then add at a "noindex" robots Meta tag to my page, will that prevent my page from being re-indexed the next time the spider comes back? Or, will this tag cause my current listing to be removed? Just need to clarify on how adding the "noindex" tag effects a page that is already indexed. Thanks!
