title/description/keywords/alt tags/comment-tags

Title: max 64 characters. OK?
Meta description: max 200 characters. OK?
Meta keywords: max 800 characters. OK?

When I have 25 images on a page, can I put
the same word in all alt-tags, or will this
be penalized?

Texts between comment-tags is only used for
the description. It is of no use to put
keywords between comment-tags.
Is this true?
Do the robots ever penalize for texts between
comment-tags?
