Vistor page views

Hey all,

I'd really appreciate some feedback and constructive criticism of
my site. I'm getting a steady trickle of visitors, but they're not
hanging around once they're on the site. So I have two requests for
those kind enough to spare a couple of minutes;

1) 77% of my visitors are viewing only one page, the entry page, and
just over 90% are viewing only two pages. Is this par for the
course? How does it compare with others' stats?

2) Can anybody offer me some ideas on how I can get visitors to
hang around for longer? Does the design of my entry page suck?
Is navigation confusing? Too boring? etc, etc.

Any and all tips or ideas would be appreciated.
