Question about what can and cannot be put on servers From Lisa on 22 Feb '99 I am in the business of creating powerpoint presentations, among other things, and would like to be able to include some demo presentations on my website. However, from what I can tell, there are a lot of compatibility issues with the ways that powerpoint gives for placing presentations on the web(ie: one way requires you to download a viewer and even then, you must be using a certain browser and operating system). I would like for the average web surfer to be able to fully experience any presentation I upload to my site including sound, animation, etc. Does anyone know if uploading powerpoint to my server, or even just the viewer, would make a difference? I may be way out there in this assumption, I just don't know what to do. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
