What am I missing?

I would appreciate ANY and ALL feedback on what is missing from my website. After reading the advice on this site, it sounds like I should be giving away the original information I am trying to sell and then sell products that compliment that information. That is a new perspective and one that I actually like as my desire is to get people considering the possibility that there is a healing force to nature and to move beyond grief, AND another goal is to realize an income from this original concept. I just added a comments/
suggestion page to the site hoping that someone would give me the feedback I need, but none as of yet.
