site review please

I've just done a major redesign of my site, for two main reasons;
to try to improve loading time, and to make navigation easier.

I've used frames, which I'm NO expert on.

Anyway, I'm hoping some of you would spare a minute or two to
look over the site, and tell me what you think in terms of
a) design, ease on the eyes
b) navigation
c) (here we go) opinions about the frames
d) any coding errors which are obvious from the point of view of
yer average surfer.

Any input would be appreciated
