You competitor listing may have more keywords in their title and description. Go back and do the same search and see how many time the keyword you use comes up in your title & Description verus their title scription. If you resumit you might consider changing you title and subscription. You said your listing dropped...did your traffic drop as a result of you lower position. If your traffic has not change then that says people are finding you with different combination of keywords.
