Forget the last part of my message, the e-mail response just came through, so it's nothing to do with the non-access problem.
I use Windows 98, but I don't know how to do a "ping" query!

By the way, I just received an e-mail from a puzzle ring site owner in Canada, who can't access our site. He says that a traceroute from his end does not show any errors in getting as far as zweb.cwcom.net, which looks like it may be one of
our ISP's servers/routers (Cable and Wireless). Go figure!
