The easiest way to do web/database integration is to use the programming language PHP (http://www.php.net)
with the database mySQL (http://www.mysql.com). PHP is free and open-source,
mySQL is also open-source and free to most users.

Addr.com provides hosting for PHP and mySQL for $15/month, that's the
cheapest I could find for those features.

But with this approach you still won't be able to use it with your
WordPerfect. To do that, you'd need to put your data in some desktop database,
like MS Access. For that, the cheapest option is to use the programming
language ASP... you would need an NT hosting account that allows ASP
and MS Access datasources.
