So when a person clicks on a page that exist and it can not find the pictures you will get the errors. I don't think you are getting the error from someone linking, but rather...missing images from a old html page. If this were the case the everytime you looked at an image on your server, for example, www.yoursite.com/yourimage.gif ....You don't get an error for doing this...right! :) The nice thing about the error scripts is they will let you know when you left out an image or need to remove junk from your server. Hope this helps.
