You will need to use a cgi script. I am not aware of xoom.com's server. If you have file permissions or cgi resources on the server, it is fairly easy to setup w/ a little reading. If you find that you are able to use cgi on your server, you should go to cgi-resources.com and find a good form script that does what you want. There is no need to write your own script. Most pre-written scripts are free to use.
