It's also a way to "key" in one ONE product/type of product if you
carry a range of items. my index page is...fairly general within
my field. If I can get the doorways for each 'category' of product
listed, each should score high on a specific search for a specific
item. Fewer words in the content and a higher %age of keywords,
as well as fewer keywords in general.
