Electronic Greeting Cards

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find code to develop my own greetings card 'site' such as greetpage.com.

I'd like to build and customise this facility myself, preferably for free....

Can anyone suggest any sites which can provide this sort of coding, or can suggest a technology that I can build it with. I have a basic knowledge of JavaScript, Java and Active Server Pages (also HTML).
