Front Page installation

I have been trying to install Frontpage 98 on Windows 98. The web server is the Frontpage personal web server. The installation goes on fine.

When I start fronpage, it says it needs to check the ip address and the tcp/ip connection. Next it says it my machine doesnot have the 32-bit tcp/ip.

I had previously installed frontpage. It worked fine. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

But these problem goes away if I connect to internet through my dial-up networking.

Any help is appreciated.
