Earning from click-thrus

Hi, I'm new to this BB, so excuse me if this question is off-topic.

I'm interested in selling stuff from my website WITHOUT the hassle of
fufillment, credit cards, shopping carts, etc.

All I want is some products with gifs and if a user wants to buy, they
click on the link or picture, and go to the vendor's site to buy (or not).

All I want is some credit (commission) for getting users to click through to their site from mine.

Does this sound familiar ?
Can this be done, or do you have to get involved in e-commerce and
affiliate programs ?

Any help much appreciated
