Screen Resolution?

What screen resolution do you design for? The standard in
the past has been 640x480. However, my stats show that over
99% of my traffic is 800x600 or above, all browsers do not
support this kind of tracking yet, so the stat is skewed.
The blank space left for the 640x480 people really bugs me.
I see that http://www.zdnet.com designs for 800x600.
Has anyone else started designing sites at 800x600?
I may start, let the low res people scroll;) Opinions
