Credit card commerce

Has anyone had any experience or heard any rumours about two specific
Ecommerce providers, CCNet (which act as the retailer, you 'sell your
product to them for resale') and Ibill?

am still weighing the options for various ways to accept credit cards
over the net, and most merchant accounts are just flat out too expensive for me.
