I don't know if a cgi script already exists.
But an easy way (well without programming anyway) is to have a page on your site that redirects you to the requested site (using meta refresh).

Put this pages address in the links from your site and then track the requests for that page.

This will mean, a different page for each link, which could mean a lot of work. If you are hosted on an NT server that can run Active Server Pages, then I have a redirect script that you can use.

Unfortunately I'm not so good at the ole perl programming anymore.
