coding for large monitors????

just received the following from a client:

well...I'm the designer. and I've made real sure NOT to use frames, to make sure that it's readable by folks running old fashioned lotech systems.

and since I run on a 14" monitor, I had no idea that special coding was necessary to make it display properly on an oversized monitor.

I'm about to go search the net to find out what she's talking about, but in the meantime, if anyone here has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
