Hi David. I use Matt Wright's WWWBoard found at
http://worldwidemart.com/scripts/wwwboard.shtml
It shouldn't take more than an hour to install
and configure the board. If you need it customized
beyond a few changes, the time could double or triple.

Also, Beseen.com and other sites also provide remotely
hosted sites. You have to put up with a couple
banners (theirs) but everything is done through
an easy browser interface.
