saving webs on 3.5inch disks

Is it considered a bad thing to save a web from FrontPage 98 onto
a floppy disk in order to view your web on another pc. I have tried
this a number of times and invaribly experience problems such as some
data not downloading on the 2nd pc. Am I doing something wrong???
