How do I set up a password for an adult site?

1. I would like to know how I can set up a password protection system so that a user, after paying a fee, can access some information on my site. I would like to make sure that the user, after purchasing the ability to enter the secret site, cannot give, or sell, the password to anyone else.

2. How can I make sure that the credit info they enter is a valid number WITHOUT GETTING A MERCHANT ACCOUNT!!! Is there a company that offers free credit card taking capabilities on this kind of product (electronic), whether it is adult or non-adult based?
