Its a company called creditcards.com which is also a complete flop. My merchant provider is e-commerce exchange which is great but creditcards.com never returns calls, line is always busy, and the hold money from you whenever they feel like (it seams). I have done anything wrong with them, but they continue to have bad customer service and seem to not care about it at all. I do reccomend authorizenet though :) Wes
