Mal's Free Shopping Cart

I guess It's time for me to try a shopping cart addition to our
commerce website. Today a Canadian friend told me about Mal's service
which is free.
Has anyone tried this or other good free or lowpriced shopping carts?

http://www.ait2000.com/
This one looks almost TOO good. They don't provide CC processing but we
already have that. I know carts can be quirky to set up and run.
Any comments before I plunge into this project?
