Is is smart to start with a free geocities site? From Gil Polk on 30 Nov '99 Hi all, I want to start a site, but am an actor, and $ is tight. Is it smart to start with a Geocities site, and than transfer all the HTML, etc over when I get my own domain? Should I hold off on submitting to Yahoo! in this case. I read once that if they list you once, they won't list you again. Any help would be GREAT! Loving this site! gilpolk@yahoo.com
