Re: shipping costs From Andrew at Robert's Hot Tubs on 21 Jan '99 replying to Re: shipping costs posted by Donald Zvanut yeah, the shipping is a killer. we offer free shipping on orders over $50 shipped via UPS. we have some larger items, over 400 pounds (also over $4000) and specificly state on the web page that shipping is extra. while the big ticket items can be purchesed through our web site, no one ever has, they ALWASY call to order. i think it's generally unlikely that anything over $500 is going to be purchesed without calling in the order.
