Both. We have a site listed, a few really, they are related but not the same. We are also having trouble with non-related sites and we think they may be tracking our submissions somehow, yes I do think they monitor closely. I want to know what they do look at. They must have an extensive database. DMOZ has tracking features in effect, it stands to reason Yahoo does as well.
