You have keywords on your page. They are part of your meta tags. Your keywords are not correct and that is why you are being told you don't have any.

I think you should replace your meta description and keywords. I have reworked your tags for you to place in your page. You would need to open the page in notepad. Delete ALL meta tags. Keep your title tag. Then copy and paste the meta tags below. Save the file. Then upload it to your web server. I hope this helps.
