Yahoo's difference between "websites" & "webpage"

This is driving me crazy! if I do a search in Yahoo for - miami
luxury real estate - my site comes up #1 under WEBPAGE matches
but doesn't even show up under WEBSITE matches. Why is that? and
what is the difference between the two? How can I get my site to
show up under websites too?
