Yes I would add both and to add to the other comment try and get
as many keywords off the page itself, you can use the same
words/combinations twice after that(third time) Sengines look at
it as spam, thier are already Engines that don't use the meta-
tags at all anymore, as far as getting retrieved on a phrase it
will take a while to climb the ladder. For some very good tips I
