You have it in uppercase. When you submit these pages to search engines
you need to make sure you type in the right case. As you can see below
You have it in lower case.

Your Ftp software probably is changing it to upper case. You should have setings
to force everything to lower case. Case is not important in yout domain name, but
it is important in all files.

For example if you submitted www.yourdomain.com/index.htm to a SE and then changed this file
to index.html, you would lose a SE listing. Always submit domains and
directories with out the index added on. Like this www.yourdomain.com/ or www.yourdomain.com/Firstdirectory/
