How long does it really take

We have a new site that has been up about two months.We sell a variety of specialty consumer products such as our Color change nail polish and our Own diet and weight loss patch. We have joined in the discussions on news groups. We are starting to show up on the search engines. We have joined the banner exchange and started to collect our email list. We have done a free promotion which brought in over 100 new emails to the email list.
