Many thanks for your detailed comments about Hypermart, Melanie. I wasn't
aware that banners were an option instead of popups. Getting sick of
popups already. Even their email from customer service launches a
popup. I'll also look into that $10 deal. (things may have changed
in the year since you used Hypermart)

The era of web freebies is slowly coming to an end. The Wall St.
Journal last week had an article on that. Many firms are dropping
free shipping and raising prices. Quality free hosting will probably
disappear soon.

I'll report back in a few weeks when I've had more experience with
Hypermart's free hosting.
