Search Engine Submission

I do Search Engine Optimization for a few very large companies. They have tens of thousands of pages that need immediate submission. Does anybody have any suggestions on submission software that can accomodate these demands.

Specifically, I believe that the problems lie in:

1. Avoiding SE's blocking submission due to submission IP.
2. Being able to handle a large number of URLs.

If anyone out there regularly submits 50,000+ URLs daily, I would love to trade ideas with you. A consulting fee is certainly a possibility. Please post here or repond to my email (pyramidpsu@aol.com).
