Just as long as the webservers are fast and has a fast response time to the spiders then your site should be fine.

The best time to submit on the east coast is in the morning.
Best time to submit for the west coast is very late at night.

You can sometimes judge if a spider will have problems if you also are
experiencing problems but this is not always the case.

You can always ping and also do a traceroute.
Check out the utilities at his.com you can trace from germany and other places.

Go to yahoo and do a search on traceroute.

Each computer that connects to your site can always have a different ping time. The higher the number the wrose off you are.

Hope this helped.
