Yes, I agree with your frustrations concerning registration with Alta
Vista. I have a new very web-intelligent client
( http://athleticfemalemindset.com }.
Have been very successful in the past with (AV) registration, but
then experienced the 'sorry we are full" message. Tried it 5 times
daily for two months, but no luck. What's happening with
Alta Vista? Are you in the midst of a merge or something?

It's dropped to number 29 in my companies' Search Engine priority
lists. Is it worth my clients' time at all?
