I know that the editor for the category I applied for has been to my site every time I have submitted it because my software shows me they have been there. What is going on here? They have not been answering email, even that sent with their onsite Feedback form. There is the aroma if something in the wind, possibly a shakeout, a breakdown, or maybe they will be switching to paid reviees, $198.99 each :) Either way, it is. . .on peut dire, le "fishy."
