JAVA rollovers affect indexing?

Do JAVA rollovers affect SE indexing. If I have simple JAVA like, image rollovers, do they affect my page getting indexed.
I know that it pushes text further down the page and that affects placement, but what I am asking is do the SE's avoid pages that have JAVA in the <head> tag?
