Reciprocal linking and spiders

We all know the increasing importance of cross linking with other sites to enhance search engine rankings.
I know that most SEs will not index dynamically generated pages. But will their spiders follow those types of links if they are on your page?
Example: I link to www.somesite.com and they agree to link back to me, but they put my link in a database and dump it out on the page. So the url where my site is on their site looks like www.somesite.com/linkpage.asp?link=somecategory.
Would I get any benefit if I include that link on my site? Will the spiders follow that link on my page and see my link on the subsquent page?
