Meta tags- keywords- don't repeat a word too many times; I've heard 2 as maximum, some say 3. You don't need to include capitals ("RN" "rn"); just make them lowercase. I believe search engines generally find both forms of the word if the words are put in as plural (except in odd cases like "wolves" where the form of the word is different in plural). I'd take a chance stringing nonsense word groups just to scale down the word count, like "nursing jobs rn lvn lpn cna nurse nursing jobs employment opportunities, management, advanced, practice, clinical, specialist, nationwide, nurse practitioner, neonatal, pediatric, nursery, post partum, ob/gyn, ob gyn, icu, recovery,
resume"

I'd try to work some of these words into the text as well, and think of every phrase a job hunter might use when looking for employment. "Opportunities" comes to mind and I included it in the keyword idea above. "Careers" maybe?

Arguments on any of the above theories welcome.

I like the design. Doesn't load as quick as I'd have liked. Gifbot compresses jpg and gif files if you're interested. Free online. The address escapes me at the moment.
