**ALL OTHER THINGS BEING EQUAL** an exact phrase will always match
100% so it can't be beaten for that precise string, but the advantage
in this case isn't even worth talking about.
Given a choice between the two separate keywords and the single string,
the two separate words would get more traffic overall, but ideally
you'd use both methods to hedge your bets.
